Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
Protecting your personal data matters to us. This policy explains what data this website processes, for what purpose and on what legal basis, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
1. Controller
Numen Vision LLC

Email: info [at] numen.vision
Represented by the management of Numen Vision LLC.
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by a service provider (Hostinger) that processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). When you visit the site, the provider automatically stores technical information that your browser transmits: the page requested, date and time, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and IP address.
This data is needed to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data sources and is deleted after a short period.
3. Contact form and email
If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (your name, email address and message) in order to answer you. The form is protected against spam by a hidden field, a time check and server-side validation. No tracking or CAPTCHA service is used.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your message). We delete your data once it is no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention period applies.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics, advertising or tracking services. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from an external font service. No profiles are created. A consent banner is therefore not required.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We share your personal data with third parties only where this is necessary to handle your request, where you have consented, or where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell your data.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)
- have your data erased (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
An informal message to the address above is enough to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
7. Encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the law or our services change. The version published on this page applies.
